{ never give up on a good thing }
§ The Pharmacy: My contract at work is being changed in that I'm no longer working every Saturday but instead will be working every second Saturday. I was a bit miffed about this to begin with (I actually like working Saturdays), but after mulling it over I realised that this change is actually going to work out way better for me than I'd first anticipated and so I've readily agreed to the change. I'll be alternating the Saturday's with my Mondays now, so every two weeks it means I'll end up with a three-day-weekend (FTW!). Which, wonderfully coincides with some of my weekends away which means I'm using less holidays and that my boss can no longer make a fuss about me taking the holidays I want because there will always be someone to cover them. WHOOP!

§ BFI Merlin Screening: Said change in contract takes affect from the 1st September, which means that my first week of the new contract will end up with my having a three-day weekend. How stoked am I?! XD ...which got me thinking right, because there's apparently this Merlin screening happening the very same weekend, with six of the main cast members in attendance... and there's still some tickets left... and I've just been paid... and well, can you guess where my mind is going with this? My only drama would be finding someone to go with and just where on earth this thing actually is because me and georgraphy fail on epic proportions! heh. But otherwise, any takers? ...this is just a whim atm but if I can find someone to go with and can arrainge cheap transportation (possibly accomodation) between now and then, then I am so there!

§ Collecto-Glasgow: Am very excited for this coming weekend as some of my girlies will be travelling up to sunny Scotland for Collecto-Glasgow as well as copious amounts of fangirling over the couple days following on from it. WHOOP! Cannot wait.

§ In other news: I've not had any Irn Bru, not even a whiff of the stuff, for ...nine days now. NINE DAYS, WTF!? O_O... and to think I was drinking the stuff like I was breathing air, this is somewhat of a worrisome revalation. WOAH. I have instead been drinking copious amounts of Guava juice (South African stuff) and am worrying that I've developed a new (and far more costly) habit. EEP. Especially as I'm going through this new stuff far more quickly that I did the bru. Fellow Scots, send help, asap! XD

LMAO, thank you! XD I am going to be appreciating it muchly, heh.

I thought you'd approve of the idea at least ;) I really do want to go! I'm just checking out a few things first before confirming it for defo!

IRN BRU IS THE DRINK OF THE GODS! Never diss it, less you feel the wrath of the Caspe! XD heh. EWW cloudy lemonade?! And I haven't even heard of the other thing! lmao. Guava is delish! Though sadly I'm running out of it far too swiftly, may have to invest in larger quantities next time! I'm not a tea drinker myself I'm afraid, but well if it's anything like the Bru I'd forsake breakfast ;D

You must go! You must! We need to show the cast/crew how much we love them in a suspiciously unhealthy way. I'm a little miffed that I missed the episode of Lewis that was on with Bradley James. I always forget it!

No! Icky icky Irn Bru *scrunches nose and pulls tongue out* And you can't say nasty things about cloudy lemonade, and what do you mean you've never heard of Dandelion and Burdock?!?! It's wonderful, and cheaper than nearly everything else! You must have some.

I really do want to! ...I can see if I can acquire said episode of Lewis if you like? ::waggles eyebrows::

We'll have to agree to disagree here :P though Irn bru will always be superior ...what is Dandelion and Burdock?

O, you should, you should! *nudges you in a conspiritorial(sp) manner*

Lies! And don't shout at me here but Dandelion and Brudock is...Dandelions and Burdocks. Squished.
Erm, it's dark brown and taste like a butcher version of coke. But not quite. I fail at describing things. Buy some, next time you are out. You'll lobe it!
